How good has the ski season been for Western North America? A ski resort in Arizona is planning to remain open through Memorial Day. The Arizona Snowbowl announced this week that they’re extending their season to Memorial Day.

The Snowbowl has 42 trails and six lifts open, which is not bad for the beginning of May. With 398 inches of snowfall this season, it’s a no-brainer to keep the good times rolling. Mountain Capital Partners, which owns the Arizona Snowbowl, has extended the season at multiple mountains this year, including Lee Canyon, Purgatory Resort, and Willamette Pass.

FOX 10 Phoenix spoke to guests and resort officials about the season extension, and it’s safe to say that everyone’s pretty stoked.
