Tragic news out of Utah where a an 82-year-old skier died after colliding with another skier at Snowbasin Ski Resort.

Yahoo News reports the collision occurred at 9:47 a.m. on April 23th. The other skier, age 47, was not seriously injured. Snowbasin ski patrol took the victim off the mountain and performed CPR until emergency crews arrived.

Weber Fire District officials were dispatched to the ski resort and found the victim in cardiac arrest. Air Med officials later arrived and pronounced the man dead.
