Everybody knows that the downhill skier has the right away, but determining who is at fault in the video below isn’t so cut and dry.
Watch as Nils Wersén (@nilswersen) nearly takes the head off a skier turning just shy of his landing zone.

Really hard to tell without another angle of where the other skier was coming from, but I think Nils might actually be at fault?
He probably should have scoped out the other skiers in the area better before sending it over that drop into the higher traffic zone.
I’m just thankful that this incident didn’t end in disaster.
