If you’re planning to visit Trollhaugen in Wisconsin, this video from Midwest Skiers gives you a great idea of what the skiing experience is like. Matthew from Midwest recorded himself riding most of the chairlifts and runs and gives advice on what the terrain is like. The Wisconsin ski area is super unique, as it has many terrain parks, its Friday hours are 10 a.m.-3 a.m., and an expansion is coming next winter.

I’m a big fan of this POV concept from Midwest Skiers. Attitash did a video trail map guide back in 2011, which was really helpful to understand their terrain. Youtuber Beyond The Lodge also does a really good job with these kinds of videos, as he’s been able to cover many Northeast and Utah ski resorts. Before I ski somewhere, this is the kind of content I’m looking for to be familiar with the place I’m shredding at.
