In this video, Deb talks with various ski racers to discuss why ankle flexing is essential to great skiing, why it’s so challenging to do, and their advice for mastering the art of ankle flexion.

Some of the advice in the video include heavily flexing your outside ankle, pulling your feet back and driving your knees forward at the same time, picking your toes up, and keeping the knees over your toes during your turns.
