Managing temperature while skiing, snowboarding, or hiking in the cold is easy, right? If you’re cold, you put on more layers, and if you’re hot, you take more off. It’s that simple, right? Well, according to MyLifeOutdoors, it’s not quite that simple. While hiding your body from the cold is certainly part of it, managing moisture is just as, if not more, important.

Obviously everyone has their own gear and techniques that they like, and obviously different things will work for different people (I’m bad about it and definitely wear way too much cotton!).
