Remote, isolated, cold…these are few of things that come to mind when thinking of the 6750 square mile piece of land that’s inhabited by less than 15,000 Canadians but Newfoundland’s Great Northern Peninsula is home to a tiny community of snowboarders that thrive in the harsh environment.
