I was re-watching some episodes of The Office recently, as most of us probably do, and I got slapped in the face with one of the funniest quotes about skiing by Will Ferrell’s character Deangelo Vickers.
The quote occurs when Michael Scott meets his replacement, Deangelo Vickers, for the first time at a hotel bar towards the end of Season 7. Scott reveals that he’s moving to Colorado, and well… I’ll let them take it from here…😂
“Colorado, the sunshine state.” is funny by itself, but I absolutely lost it when Vickers says, “Everyone I know who skis is dead.”
I think we need to start printing that quote on some t-shirts, bumper stickers, hats, and other various pieces of merchandise ASAP. On second thought, forget that I said that. Don’t steal my idea.
