Guessing this black bear didn’t get the memo that most folks are interested in breaking out of prison not in. Actually it might be a smart move as the Dutchess County maximum security prison in downstate New York was shutdown earlier this year, so this bear would potentially have the run of the place once inside the perimeter fence.
