A British motorist was recording his drive through the beautiful countryside when he had a terrifying near-death experience with an oncoming driver.
The video is embedded below, but the action happens fast. Here’s a little breakdown in case you’re as confused as I was after watching it the first time.
First off, it’s important to note that the driver recording the video is driving on the left side of the road. For whatever reason, that’s how they do it in England. He’s driving over a hill when he’s suddenly face-to-face with another car. It appears that car is attempting to pass a slower vehicle from opposite direction.
That’s when the driver recording swerves out of the way and crashes into a stone fence adjacent to the road.

It’s a really scary video, but I couldn’t get over how calm the driver recording the video was after the crash. He nearly died, but he’s calm, cool, and collected as he speaks with the driver of the other car.
I have a feeling that this interaction wouldn’t have been as civil if it happened in America. I can just imagine some pissed off guy from New York or Massachusetts railing on the other driver.
Americans don’t play that nice shit when it comes to car accidents. It’s just the way it is.
