The timelapse below shows the tide rising dramatically in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer in Brittany, France. The video starts with dozens of boats laying beached on the sand, but the tide gradually fills the bay and lifts the boats with it.
I love a good timelapse video, and this might be one of my favorites I’ve seen thus far. It’s incredible to watch the vast bay change so dramatically over just a couple of hours!
Check it out.
I guess the people who moor their sailboats here can only use them during certain times of the day. That’s gotta be inconvenient sometimes, but if you time it right, you can walk to and from your boat. That’s pretty cool.
Tides are cool. Timelapses are cool. Just a cool video all around!
