I should have posted this weeks ago, so apologies for my tardiness, but pro skier Drew Peterson’s interview on the Out of Bounds Podcast is a must-listen for everybody.

Peterson opens up about mental health, suicide, pro skiing, and more in an extremely raw conversation with podcast host Adam Jaber.

I found their conversation to be extremely important as a contribution to the overall narrative about mental health.

We just need to talk more about this shit, ya know?

Watch/listen below:

It encouraged me to share a glimpse into my struggles about mental health in an article about a recent trip to Smuggler’s Notch, VT.

You can read there here.

I also recommend that you watch Peterson’s film Ups & Downs below. It’s inspiring, but more importantly it’s real.

Mental health isn’t easy to talk about, but that doesn’t mean we should suppress or hide our experiences.

Thank you Drew Peterson and Adam Jaber!
