Nikolai Schirmer took a huge crash on his first day of the season. He torn his Achille’s tendon, fractured his face, and broke three bones. He had to be evacuated by helicopter to a nearby hospital.
Schirmer thought his season would be over, but he recovered in record time. He’s back on snow, and he shared his miraculous story in the video below.
I’ve watched the video, and I still don’t understand how he did it. I’m so happy for him, and excited to see what kind of content he puts out for the rest of the season!
