Is there a more legendary lift in North America than the KT-22 at Palisades Tahoe? I guess you could argue that maybe the Pallavicini chair at Arapahoe Basin, or the tram at Jackson Hole could give KT-22 a run for its money, but nah… I still think KT-22 wins in a landslide.
Palisades Tahoe went from “zero to hero” in just a matter of a week after the recent storms have dumped multiple feet of snow, and it looks like there’s even more on the way.
The resort will spin the KT-22 for the first time this season, and I’m assuming that there was a huge line piled up this morning for the big opening.
Here’s to Winter ’21-’22 finally starting, and here’s to the legendary KT-22.
