Hats off to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers who were dispatched to Estes Park to help two bull elk entangled together with wire fencing material. The officers tranquilized both the elk and were able to safely remove the material with an assist from the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. Both elk were exhausted but are expected to make a full recovery. Great work!
