It’s no surprise that there’s been a huge surge in COVID-19 cases recently across the country. It feels like we’re living in the classic Bill Murray movie Groundhog Day, and I’m selfishly hoping that we don’t see another lockdown. Losing this ski season to a virus that keeps raging on because people won’t get vaccinated is, well… infuriating.
Snowbird decided over the weekend to reinstate their mask mandate for all indoor areas, and while riding the tram. Snowbird has not seen COVID-19 cases rise at the resort, but the move comes “out of an abundance of caution”.
