Ah. A question as old as time. Who is at fault? The clueless skier stopping in the middle of the trail, or the snowboarder who probably should have avoided the situation all together?

There’s probably not a definitive answer, but I’d have to argue that the snowboarder is probably at fault in this situation. He definitely should have slowed down when he saw that somebody had already fallen in front of him and/or he should have just gone around them all together.

It doesn’t really look like he hit the skier that hard though, right? Doesn’t it seem like that skier was really hamming it up after their very mild collision?

He lays down on the snow there for a solid 30-seconds like somebody just shot him…😂
