Hey you, yeah you! Did you know that there are 20′ long snakes slithering around the jungle floors of South East Asia? They make our little garter snakes here in the US look like worms.
I don’t know why, but I think about these living dinosaurs every once in a while. Maybe it’s because we don’t really have any massive animals here in the US other than moose, bears, and alligators, and they just don’t have the same fear factor as a massive snake.
This video below shows a reticulated python getting picked up by a piece of construction equipment in Indonesia. I warned you in the title that you probably won’t want to watch this if you’re afraid of snakes.
I’m not really afraid of them, but this snake is big enough to make me shiver in disgust. Somebody needs to send Samuel L. Jackson down to Indonesia to take this mf’er out. He’s got experience.
