Bored Progression, a popular snowboarding YouTube Channel, documented a backcountry rescue that took place in Utah. The rider was feared to have broken his femur, or worse.
Kudos to the crew for acting quickly, and responsibly in such a tense situation. It doesn’t seem like these guy were too far out in the backcountry, but I’m sure the stress level was high considering how serious his injury was.
I’ve embedded the video to start right before the incident occurs.
