The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is one of the coolest ski lifts in the entire world. The lift used to claim the world’s longest free span between ropeway towers at 1.88 miles, and still holds the record for the highest point above ground at 1,430′. Insane. The tri-cable gondola is an engineering marvel installed by Dopplelmayr in 2007, and it instantly became one of the most iconic lifts in the world.
