A group of people watched as massive chunks of Aialik Glacier fell into the water below at the end of June.

Aialik Glacier is located within Kenai Fjords National Park, Alaska. The glacier is typically stable, but calving events tend to happen in May and June. The glacier is a popular tourist destination and can be visited via charter boats from Seward, Alaska.
