A family in Layton, UT was treated to an extremely rare wolverine sighting when one ran right by their house earlier this week.
It’s just the sixth confirmed sighting of a wolverine in the entire state of Utah since the 1970s.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a wolverine on video like this. Such a weirdly fascinating animal. Is it a wolf? Is it a dog? Is it a large badger? Is it a rodent? 😆
Here’s to hoping the wolverine can be returned to its natural habitat up in the mountains surrounding Layton and Salt Lake City.
