Avery Zucco is a Youtuber who tours abandoned ski resorts around the Northeast. This week, he explored the Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center in Tuxedo Park, New York. Closed since 2015, Tuxedo Ridge had seven trails, four chairlifts(all doubles), and a vertical drop of 450 feet. Legal issues and poor historical snowfall caused the mountain to close in 2015, and it hasn’t reopened since. Since then, most of the trails have grown in, the lifts and buildings are decayed, and there’s no sign of any redevelopment.
