An altercation between a Breckenridge Uber driver and Florida yacht broker, Yossi Sokol, was caught on a dashboard camera on Monday. Yossi Sokol, 35, is under investigation for harassment following two separate incidents in Breckenridge.
The argument stemmed from McManus asking Mr. Sokol and his wife to put on their masks, which is Uber policy.
According to the initial police report, the responding officer said, “Yossi told me Michael was completely overreacting and said the driver was a ‘democratic nut head who maybe is just a mental patient.’”
“There is a lot of hate out there and it’s not getting any better,” said Michael McManus who “just wants to provide a safe ride for all his passengers”.
The following day, Breckenridge police responded to the Ranahan Hotel, where Yossi was issued a second summons for harassment, for allegedly touching a staff member.
