In an effort to quell an approaching third wave of coronavirus in South Korea, the Prime Minster announced yesterday that they will shut down all ski resorts and winter tourist spots from December 24th to January 3rd. Lets hope they get a handle on the situation so Asia’s third largest economy can get them lifts spinning in early 2021:

“The message the government is urging the people is clear. We sincerely ask you to cancel all travel and gatherings and stay home during Christmas and New Year holidays.” –Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun
