Rachel Zoe, a prominent fashion designer, took to social media to report to her 3.4m followers that her 9-year-old son fell 40 feet from a chairlift at an undisclosed Colorado ski resort.
Reports suggest that it might have occurred at one of Aspen’s mountains. Zoe was spotted in the area yesterday.
Zoe claims that the lift operator did not act quickly enough to stop the lift when her son loaded the chair. She also stated that ski patrol quickly put a mat under the chair for her son to fall on.

Her son appears to be okay, thankfully. He appears in a video in her Instagram story claiming that he is “just sore”, and we’re glad to hear it!
