This is the story of wingsuit pilot Peter Salzmann, and his quest to build the world’s first electrified wingsuit with the help of the folks at BMW. The German auto manufacturer is releasing videos of the process and they are really entertaining. Here’s the first two of the series including some test flights in The Drei Brüder mountain range in Austria. Who’d a thunk strapping an electric Beemer turbine to your chest could be so much fun?
