Apparently, a new wind reducing railing that was recently installed on the Golden Gate Bridge has turned the structure into a huge wind chime. The sound is loud enough that it can be heard all over the bay.
As you can hear in the video below, StrategikDJ said the sound was so loud he thought it might crack his window.
