Saying Goodbye To Winter Season! Pick up your ski boots and skis, or any other equipment. Weights should not be heavy!!! (Ex. empty bar)
100 Press 100 Deadlift
100 Bent Over Row
100 Standing Side Bends
+10 extra Burpees if you stop between the 100 reps.
Each brake +10 Burpees.
You have to them at the end of the workout!
