Last night the residents and visitors to Steamboat, Colorado witnessed the largest firework ever detonated. The 2,797-pound firecracker was ignited at 7:56 p.m. by fireworks expert Tim Borden. The firework was part of the Night Extravaganza at the annual Steamboat Springs Winter Carnival.
