Dan Egan starred in 12 Warren Miller films from 1985-1994. By design, his ski career paralleled the geopolitical landscape of the 1980s and 90s because early on he went to Warren and said he wanted to ski where CNN was. Warren believed “if everybody skied there’d be no wars” so he was happy to fund Dan’s international adventures.
