First off, I had no idea TJ Maxx was called TK Maxx in the UK and it nearly knocked me off my chair. Second off, TK Maxx has a mustachioed skier spokesman who likes to drop cliffs wearing a Notre Dame football helmet and a leather one piece suit borrowed from Graceland. Sweet.
TK Maxx is a subsidiary of the American apparel and home goods company TJX Companies based in Framingham, Massachusetts. It uses a slightly different name from that of the TJ Maxx stores in the United States, to avoid confusion with the British retailer T. J. Hughes.
