There’s a 30,000-acre working cattle ranch in Wyoming that also operates as a lodge and spa and they just bought up a nearby mountain so guests can now enjoy a private ski resort experience during their stay.

Robb Report reports Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection has recently acquired the 600-plus-acre Green Mountain and plans to launch a guest only cat-skiing operation beginning December 20th. The mountain is located 25 minutes from the ranch where guests will be surrounded by Medicine Bow National Forest lands. The mountain itself is so isolated that the final 4 miles of the trek will require a snowcat to access.

Once guests reach the base they will be shuttled by snowcat up the 1,100 feet mountain and enjoy empty trails of every ability level up to 1 mile long. If you want to cool your jets and grab a drink, you can pop into one of four yurts they will be stationed around the mountain. The Green Mountain experience will include round-trip transfers to the mountain, instruction/guide, lunch, après ski and equipment rental. The Ranch plans on installing four chairlifts in the future but now details on that quite yet. GO HERE TO LEARN MORE.
