Romanian skateboarder and filmmaker Cristian Radu was working on his master’s degree in animation when he made “Skateboarding Is Not a Crime” as his final assignment. His use of stopmotion practical effects is both mezmerizing and effective resulting in a Wallace and Gromit style PSA for skater rights.
