A New Jersey man’s ski trip to Vermont turned ugly this past weekend after he found himself in the clink.
Troopers were called to the scene of an après ski party at Jay Peak Resort on Saturday evening. When the troopers arrived they attempted to place 22-year-old Daniel Syzdek of Union, New Jersey, into protective custody. That is when he reportedly bit one Trooper and later kicked another. Syzdek is due in court Monday to answer charges of disorderly Conduct, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.
Police say that the trooper was not injured during the arrest.
