Can’t be sure from the information attached to the video but I believe this inbounds avalanche happened at Luz Ardiden Ski Resort in France. It serves as a valuable reminder to all you resort skiers and riders in Tahoe and potentially the Mt. Bachelor area in the next few days to wear your beacon and carry a probe and shovel because despite mtn ops best efforts, accidents can and do happen and being prepared is your best defense.
