It’s been a week to remember @WhistlerBlackcomb and after some 5+ feet of new snow fell in the last 7 days, resort officials are stoked to announce the opening of the Blackcomb gondola today!

Conditions Report:
A very active pattern continues to drive multiple intense storms across the BC south coast for the entire forecast period. The current system is expected to re-intensify this morning and last through the day and evening. Saturday will bring a short break between systems as temperatures become gradually milder. More heavy snow and mild conditions are then expected from Sunday through the beginning of next week, but exact timing and amounts of these systems remain subject to change in future forecast updates.
