The Utah ski season kicks off this weekend with Brighton and Brian Head opening their slopes to the public for the 18/19 ski season.
Brighton’s north facing slopes are typically the first to open in the state but what’s truly remarkable is the fact that the state’s southernmost ski area, Brian Head has already seen a boatload of natural snowfall– allowing it to open the same weekend (*1 day after) as its Wasatch neighbor.
