“Matthew Williams, 28, is accused of stalking a 25-year-old man and 22-year-old woman from a Jindabyne pub to their home early on Thursday morning.

Mr Williams then allegedly knocked the male unconscious, before raping his female friend.

Today the ski instructor faced Queanbeyan Local Court, charged with aggravated sexual assault, grievous bodily harm and two counts of assault.

There was no application for bail and it was formally refused. The matter will return to court in a couple of weeks.” – 9 News

There’s just no words for the mental and emotional stress a victim must endure the rest of their life as a result of being involved in such a disturbing case of sexual assault. We’re really hoping the courts of New South Wales find justice and closure for the victims.
