If storage space is a priority for your adventure vehicle conversion, consider a retired ambulance. These puppies come kitted out with a enough drawers and shelves to organize your gear on the level of mobile hospital and if you can get over the stigma and possible bad juju of living out of an ambulance (at least it’s not a hearse) these vehicles are built to last and make a great campers if you are willing to put in the work.
