Instead of using a Game of Thrones reference we’ve all heard way too many times, I’ll just go ahead and say that skiers at Breckenridge and Keystone have less than a 100 days until they’re back on the slopes.

Both resorts recently announced they will kick off their respective seasons on Friday, November 10th. For those whose math is as bad as mine, that’s just 98 days until lifts spin at two of Summit County’s most popular ski areas. Operations are scheduled to end on 04/08/18 at Keystone whereas Breckenridge will host a significantly longer season– closing on 4/22/18.

Even though they’ll both open in early November, A-Basin and Loveland will still be the first two ski areas to open in the state of Colorado. The only question that remains is: which ski area will grab first chair honors?
