Follow Rafa Ortiz and Leo Ibarra as they kayak underground rapids on the Chontalcoatlan River in Southern Mexico. The Chontalcoatlan River goes subterranean for 3 kilometers as it passes through the Chontalcoatlan Cave. Pitch black conditions and nearly invisible rapids are just some of the challenges they faced with this unique terrain. I dub thee Spelunkyakers.
