A BASE jumper who was last heard from on Saturday has been found dead near Canmore, Alberta reports CBC News.

The 34 year-old man was planning on BASE jumping from a spot close to Ha Ling Peak or Mount Rundle but when he failed to return home, officials initiated a search and rescue effort. Unfortunately, the unidentified man was found dead on Monday below Miner’s Peak near Canmore.
