Grouse Mountain in BC, Canada figured out a creative new way of squeezing some extra tourist money out of their gondola in the summer months.
They call it the Skyride Surf Adventure and its basically an open air platform attached to their gondola that provides 360 degree views of the picturesque British Colombian mountains while traveling uphill at 3.3 meters per second. Adult tickets go for $79.99 and include access to on mountain activities.
