New York native and Long Beach resident Will Skudin might have just broken the record for biggest ever paddle in wave ever ridden.  These things are notoriously hard to gauge as far as which one is the biggest but this is certainly a contender. Notice that headline just says “Paddled Into”….not made. Just ask big wave surfer Laird Hamilton about the difference. He definitely didn’t make the wave but to just to have stood up on a monster like that is an accomplishment of a lifetime.  After making it back to shore Skudin said he was just a proud of surviving the crash as he was about dropping in. Congratulations to Will, that was incredible.
