
A 51 year old man passed away on Sunday after falling into a tree well at Silver Fir Lodge on Snoqualmie Pass reports the komonews.com.

According to officials from the Kittitas County Sheriff’s office, the man was found dead in the tree well and although the three people he was skiing with attempted to revive him, CPR was unsuccessful. Details as to who and where the skier was from have yet to be released.
It has been snowing hard on Snoqualmie Pass for the past couple weeks and the inherent dangers concerning Tree Wells should be taken seriously.
