Nice little conditions report from the good folks up at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort outside of Golden, BC, Canada.  They have about 50cm base at the alpine altitudes but its a bit unstable so they have been blasting away. This is a quick quick synopsis of whats going on with the snow up there in their own words….

“Short story: be careful. The snowpack is thin and there is a reactive surface hoar layer buried within, and another growing on top.”

Keep up the great work and thanks for the reporting!
