Nelson Carmichael won the bronze metal in the 1992 Olympics. He grew up and still lives in Steamboat Springs where he joined the U.S. Ski Team right after graduating from high school. During his career he won 6 U.S. titles and in 1988 and 1989 won two overall World Cup titles.
