Las Lenas, largely considered to be South America’s Freeride Capital, has big, rugged, simply breath taking mountains.  It’s easy to get lost in their scale and only the occasional skier on the horizon reminds you of the magnitude.  Last season, in a week we saw nearly everything Lenas has to offer, from pow to wind to warmth, the mountain is constantly under change. Here’s some of what went down:

Las Lenas Peak
Las Lenas Peak, the dominating feature of valley, catching some wind and light
Windy over the Ridges
When the wind blows, it howls.  That be snow not wind.  Can you spot the humans??
Pink Lighting up the valley
When the valley is graced by clouds, the sunsets ain’t half bad
The one and only Black Ninja

And it does occasionally get windy around Las Lenas
