A look at the Look tech binding.

It sounds like Look will be joining the tech binding band wagon next year. The two videos above show a Dynafit-like binding with Look markings on it mounted on a pair of 2013 Dynastars. The videos are Dynastar ski reviews courtesy of Fri Flyt and Skieur. Unfortunately, neither offers any information about the binding. From the quick view we get here, this binding appears almost identical to the Plum tech bindings, so my guess is that Look has simply purchased the rights to rebadge the Plum Guide. Very little information is available at the moment, but this post will be updated as more becomes available. Time will tell whether Look has created something completely new or chosen to use Plum’s design. Regardless, it certainly will be exciting to see the company behind one of the most trusted alpine bindings of all time entering the tech binding field.

If you have any new information or thoughts on this binding, please comment.
